Keepsack

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Keepsack ("we") is a personal "save for later" library made by Antons Aleksandrovs. This policy explains what data the Keepsack app for iPhone, iPad and Mac collects, why, and what you can do about it. In short: we keep what you save so you can read it later. We don't show ads, we don't track you, and we don't sell or share your data.

What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history outside what you choose to save, advertising identifiers, or analytics about how you use the app.

How it's processed

When you save a link, our server fetches that public page to make a clean copy for you. Your data is stored with Google Firebase (Google Cloud), which processes it on our behalf; our server functions run in the EU (europe-west1). Your library is private: only your signed-in account can read it. Your data is never used for advertising and is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Your library is kept until you delete it. Items you delete are removed permanently after 30 days. When you delete your account, your account, all saved items and all stored files are deleted.

Your choices and rights

Children

Keepsack is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
